Toshiba releases 256GB SSD

Toshiba recently released on the market today production capacity of the products of the largest solid-state 256GB hard drive, model THNS256GE8BC, next quarter, as well as samples of output volume.

THNS256GE8BC use MLC flash memory particles, but in parallel with data transmission technology to increase speed, read speed of 120MB / s, write speed has 70MB / s. Specification 2.5-inch 256GB capacity, SATA 3Gbps interface.
